LensCreations StudioA website that feels
like your practice.
Venecia Bastidas Garcia Counselling · August 2026
Calm, clear,
and easy to trust.
Choosing a counsellor is a vulnerable decision. Long before the first session, someone will find you online and quietly decide whether they feel safe reaching out. Your website is where that decision happens.
A well-built site does more than list your services — it sets the tone of the relationship. It signals care, professionalism, and stability, and it makes the first step feel simple instead of intimidating.
The site we're
proposing for you.
A live preview of the design, followed by every section it includes.
Every section the site includes — and what can go inside each one. The final wording is always yours.
The first impression
The opening screen — you decide the words, we shape the feeling.
- Space for a short, calm headline in your own voice.
- A credential line (for example, your RCC title and province).
- One or two actions — booking, or an introduction to you.
- A reassurance line: session format, area served, or a first-step offer.
Your story
A place to introduce yourself before anyone books.
- Room for your approach and background, written however you prefer.
- A reserved frame for your portrait photograph.
- Up to four short trust markers — credentials, languages, specialties.
What you offer
A flexible set of cards for the services you decide to list.
- Up to three service cards — you choose what each one describes.
- Optional space for session length, format or frequency.
- Optional space for fees, direct billing or in-person availability.
- Easy to add or remove services later as your practice evolves.
The path to a session
A numbered sequence that removes the fear of reaching out.
- Three to four steps, worded exactly as your process works.
- Written to lower hesitation for first-time clients.
- Flows naturally into the booking section below.
Requesting a session
A simple form, with the fields you want to ask for.
- Name, email and any optional fields you'd like to include.
- Wording can clarify that a request is not yet a confirmed booking.
- Submissions arrive in your inbox — no extra dashboard to learn.
- Can connect to a live calendar with real availability later.
Answering the doubts
Expandable answers to whatever people usually ask you.
- Around six questions — you provide the ones that matter most.
- Typical topics: first session, confidentiality, fees, formats.
- Simple for us to extend as new questions come up.
Another way to reach you
For anything someone would rather ask before booking.
- A short contact form plus whichever details you want public.
- Optional stated reply time so expectations are clear.
- Links to the social profiles you'd like connected.
Client login (Phase 2)
Visible in the navigation, built in a later phase.
- Could hold appointments, documents or session notes.
- Placed in the menu now so the site grows without a redesign.
- Quoted separately whenever you're ready.
Phase 1 includes the full landing page connected to your social media and booking request form. The client login portal (appointments, documents) is a future Phase 2, quoted separately once you're ready.
The entire site is delivered in English and Spanish, with a language switch in the navigation — so every client can read about your practice and request a session in the language they feel most themselves in.

What our clients say.

"LensCreations turned a complex technical catalogue into something clear and genuinely pleasant to browse. Our enquiries improved, and clients take us more seriously from the first click."
"The whole process was calm and well guided. What we ended up with looks like the practice I always described but could never put into words — and booking a session is now effortless."

Here are the domain options we found available for your practice. Once you choose one, here's exactly what each plan would cost per month with that domain included.
We recommend veneticacounselling.com — a .com builds the most trust for a counselling practice, reads clearly out loud, and keeps your plan at its lowest monthly price. Final domain selection is always yours.
